Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete a New Patient form or to save time you can download and fill out our New Patient Form before your appointment.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a detailed dental exam. Your exam will include an examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any x-rays that may be needed.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also allow time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Kennedy East Dental, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and submission of insurance claims so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or most major credit cards. Charges are payable at the time of treatment, however, if you require more time, we have payment options available.
If you need more extensive work, a treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and we will inform you of all costs ahead of your scheduled treatment.
Please speak to one of our Administrative Assistants regarding the options available to you.

In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

Do you provide services in any language other than English?
Yes, our office is able to provide dental services in several languages including Italian, Polish, Serbian, German, Assyrian, and Portuguese.
If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.

Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.
